Garnet is a character that I have finally become comfortable cosplaying. That sounds odd, but I went through so much to make (and practically re-make) this costume it's kind of ridiculous. It's the only costume that's made me had a full-out meltdown.

At ACen I wore Garnet for the 3rd time for a short period of time for a shoot with a large FFIX group. I've found that I feel much more confident about this costume and cosplaying Garnet now that I have improved it. I do like this cosplay and I want it to be the best I can make it be since I love Garnet/FFIX and have overcome my own obstacles cosplaying her. That's why I am retiring the long wig and am going to only cosplay her short-haired version from now on. Kind of like a fresh start
